Chocolate Dome

It's stunning what you can make with melted chocolate and a balloon.

INGREDIENTS

• 80 grams chocolate
• 1 balloon
• 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
• 3 oreo cookies, crushed
• Strawberries, chopped
• 40 grams white chocolate
• 10 grams milk

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Thoroughly wash and dry the balloon. Fill it up with air.
2. Melt the chocolate in a bowl and dip the balloon to coat.
3. Stand the chocolate-covered balloon in a cup to let it harden.
4. Pop the balloon to release the air and carefully peel off from the chocolate.
5. Place crushed oreos, vanilla ice cream and strawberries on a plate. Cover with the chocolate dome.
6. Melt the milk with white chocolate. Just before serving, pour over the chocolate dome.
